In the Electronics business, we are engaged in the infrastructure business relating to the supply of ultrapure water and specialty chemicals, as well as specialty gases, which are vital to the production process in semiconductor and LCD-related plants. Regarding specialty gases, we offer a one-stop Total Gas Management service that spans all aspects from the sale of specialty gases to the design and construction of supply piping, the manufacture and maintenance of specialty gas supply equipment, and the management of specialty gas supply.
Our other related services include Total Water Management that includes technical services for the contracted operational management and maintenance of ultrapure water plants, and Total Chemical Management for the management and transportation of specialty chemicals. We also conduct on-site operations including the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, maintenance of dry vacuum pumps and sale of secondhand pumps.
